I know you can get the arc as a first GB, so it is easier to power lvl other gb's. That's when you order them to get the arc and power lvl it to lvl60-80. When they're done with that, they will be able to play Guild Expeditiin (GE) and Guild Battlegrounds (GBG), know how to lvl a GB properly and also (normally) have enough fp production buildings.
